heinmanager® is a database where you can find all hein-materials: campaign materials, the hein-movie, a cartoon-database and a collection of themes and statements with cartoons. For each theme there are five statements with a matching cartoon, each statement represents a level of relation (me and my internal dialogue; me and my colleague; me and my superior; me and my working context) or an open question. By integrating these levels of relation in a poll, you can get a sense of what is going on in relation to this theme. You can find these themes by clicking 'create poll'.
A poll is a selection of statements and cartoons that is filled in by employees, as if it is a survey. The poll can help you to better understand what goes on in the mind of your employees and the results can give you a starting point for conversation. When you click the button 'my polls', you find the polls that you have already created. From here you can monitor the existing polls and generate a report of the results.
Normally, the person who discusses the results with the group is the one who creates the poll. However, sometimes an organization wants to spread one poll through the whole organization. In that case, one person creates the poll and spreads the link to this poll.
The person who creates the polls in heinmanager receives an email with a hyperlink. This link can be sent to the people who have to fill it in. The link can also be forwarded to third persons.
If you go to the concerning poll in heinmanager, you can choose the option "fill in now". This way, you can have multiple employees fill in the poll on the spot. This can be done via smartphone, laptop or iPad/tablet, for example during the lunch or a work meeting.
Yes, the poll is anonymous. The only way through which answers can be traced back to specific employees is when only a handful of employees fills in the poll. When there are only few answers, divergent answers can be ascribed to specific people. For this reason, it is very important that as many employees as possible fill in the poll.
You can go to the poll, by clicking on the button "my polls" en subsequently on the button "monitor". There you can see the amount of filled in answers untill that time point.
When all employees (or a satisfactory amount) have filled in the poll, you click on the button "my polls" and subsequently on the button "edit". There you can find and overview of all filled in answers. When you click on "finish poll", you subsequently see the button "download results". By clicking on the button "download results" you can generate a PDF-file including the results of the poll and several useful tips to start the conversation about the topics in the poll.
